One of the winners of the free dozen cookies requested some Chinese New Year cookies.

She sent me a picture of an idea she had and I thought it was adorable!

The Chinese New Year officially begins on Feb. 3rd and this is the year of the Rabbit.

I just love that little hat and queue! (Chinese ponytail)

I must tell you… I have never wanted a KopyKat so badly as I did with this. Piping out each bunny by hand and trying to get them to look like each other was giving me brain aneurysms.

And hand cramps.

But as I always say, it was all worth it in the end.

Happy Chinese New Year!!
