This Salted Caramel Apple Martini mixes crisp apple cider and caramel vodka, finished with a sweet and salty caramel-salted rim. If you want a drink that will take you right into the Fall season, this is it! But, I can see myself sipping on this martini all year long! If you are loving the apple cider vibes like I am, why not try an Apple Cider Margarita, too? Itโ€™s another fantastic way to enjoy the seasonโ€™s best flavors with a zesty twist. Cheers!

Ingredients & Substitutions

  • Coated Rim: The rim of the martini glass is dipped in caramel sauce (which you can make homemade or use storebought) and then kosher salt. I love the sweet and salty flavor it gives each sip!
  • Apple Cider: I prefer using apple cider for this cocktail because of its tart taste. The flavor is more pronounced than apple juice (which is sweeter), but you could use apple juice if that is what you have on hand.
  • Vodka: Look for caramel vodka for even more caramel flavor in this martini. If you can’t find caramel vodka, use regular vodka with a splash of caramel syrup. Or, try it with vanilla vodka, which would add a little sweetness. I might give this martini a shot (literally) with salted caramel whiskey–that sounds amazing, too!

Salted Caramel Apple Martini Mocktail {Non-Alcoholic Version}

For a drink that can be enjoyed by all ages, it’s easy to make this into a salted caramel apple martini mocktail! I would simply leave out the vodka and replace it with a little extra caramel sauce or caramel extract. Adjust the amounts of apple cider and ice as needed.

Can I Make A Martini Without A Cocktail Shaker?

Absolutely! Don’t miss out on this martini just because you don’t have a cocktail shaker! Instead, use a mason jar–make sure the lid is securely screwed on when shaking! Or, use a travel coffee mug with a tight lid. Add the ingredients to the coffee mug with ice, cover the opening mouth part, and get shakinโ€™! Open it up and pour it into the martini glass. You can also just stir the ingredients together.

Large Batch Salted Caramel Apple Martinis For Parties

If you need a large batch of these martinis for a party or gathering, multiply the ingredients by the number of people you are planning to serve. Since this makes one drink, if you need 10 servings, just multiply the ingredients by 10. Next, combine the apple cider and caramel vodka in a large pitcher or bowl. Keep it chilled in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to serve, give it a good stir before pouring it into the glasses and serving. Don’t forget about the salted caramel glass rims!
