This is my version of Amanda’s Rainbow Heart Cake. . the beautiful cake that graces the front cover of her book, Surprise-Inside Cakes. Mine turned into a butterfly 🙂 and I made this delicious cake for my daughter’s 7th birthday. She loved this cake so much and I will never forget the look on her face when we sliced it open! Pure delight!!
