I just wanted to tell you I have made your banana muffins 3 times. I am still using the spelt and soft wheat flour. I added an extra banana and cut the coconut oil to 1/2 cup. Then I sprinkled dried unsweetened coconut on top. So far everyone that has tried them loves them. They freeze great!!

Have had sick great grand babies for going on 2 weeks. Sure have been PRAYING for them and the Caring Bridge people I follow. So much sickness.

Not baking anything – but I am reading! This morning I was reading Psalms 138 and am always blessed by reading the Psalms. How God loves me and remembers me is a gift. Our church has challenged its members to read One million chapters collectively this year. It’s been awesome!

Yesterday I made some kitchen sink cookies. YUM! Also, I have been a bit weak lately, as my hubby has been in India for work for over a week now. I read Luke 13 yesterday, where Jesus talks about the kingdom of God being like a mustard seed or like leaven – little things that grow into big things and affect a lot. That’s what I needed to hear. God takes the little that we have and makes it work. Thank the Lord!
