  1. Amanda it is beautiful! My sister got married this weekend! We have just returned from the wedding. The cake was white with a big blue hydrangea on the top! My daughter and niece carried little Nantucket baskets with blue hydrangeas in them and my sister carried white roses! She will be forever liked with William and Kate (and my sister’s name is Kate too!) On a side note, when my husband and I returned from our rehearsal dinner (14 years ago), it was the night Princess Diana has been killed. Very strange how the world works!
    Fabulous work as always!

  2. I positively LOVE yr work. I can’t recall how I stumbled upon your website but nonetheless it was just in time for Valentines day and your Heart Cake Tutorial. Needless to say I attempted it with humour. I NEEDED the humour bit because the end product was NOWHERE near your stunning Heart cake creation!! But still edible!
So I frequently visit back to your site and check out what other goodies I could possibly attempt! Loving the hydrangea cake also! Keep up the good work. Oh, and yr photos are beautiful too.
I would love to include a picture of yr Heart cake and tutorial on my blog at some stage, if I may?
