Filling for Bagel Bites

Stuffed Bagel Bites Ingredients

With just a few simple ingredients, you can get the similar taste and texture of a Bantamโ„ข Bagel Bite in just a few minutes!

Cream Cheese: Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing with the bacon.

Bacon: I like to bake bacon ahead of time so it’s ready to go when I need it. To bake bacon, place the slices of bacon on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 415ยฐF for 18-20 minutes. That’s it! You will have crispy bacon.

Pizza Dough: A store-bought tube of pizza dough works great in this recipe!

Everything Seasoning:ย This seasoning is a popular seasoning for more than just bagels. Make your own everything seasoning for this recipe, and try it in these Cream Cheese Tortilla Bites.

Air Fryer Bagel Bites

If you don’t want to make these bagel bites in the oven, use your air fryer! Spray the basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray and preheat it to 400ยฐF. Follow the instructions as written for making them in the oven, but instead, cook the bites in the air fryer for 7-8 minutes.

I have tested 3 brands in my home and I recommend the Ninja Air Fryer. (affiliate link) You can go up a size if needed, but it is superior in achieving consistent results and also ease of use. I’ve been very happy with this Air Fryer!

  1. Delicious and super simple. Middle was a little more salty than I like so Iโ€™ll probably use less salt bacon but thats just preference. The texture is good and the size is perfect. Will be saving this and using it again!

    1. Absolutely delicious! I opted out of the bacon, but rolled the bagel bite after egg washed in the everything bagel seasoning. They loved them at work. Definitely a keeper!

  2. These were yummy and easy to make! Had to make 2 batches! Now, the family then imagined other fillings! Like meatballs, mac and cheese, chicken with gravy, etc. etc. etc.
    Thanks!
