2-Ingredient Apple Cinnamon Roll Bake
Ingredients
- 1 can (8-count) cinnamon rolls, with icing
- 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling, apples chopped into small pieces
- vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Open the cinnamon roll can and set aside the icing packets. Cut each roll into four pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped apple pie filling to the bowl and gently stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a 10-inch cast-iron skillet or other oven-safe dish, spreading into an even layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until rolls are golden brown and cooked through. If the tops brown too quickly, loosely cover with aluminum foil during the last 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm. Top with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
