This S’mores Quesadilla is a super-easy, delicious treat that brings together gooey marshmallow fluff, creamy Nutella, and crunchy graham crackers all melted inside a warm, crispy tortilla. It’s perfect for a quick dessert and a sweet addition to my growing list of 15-Minute Easy Desserts. It tastes like a campfire classic, no campfire needed! Ingredients & Substitutions
- Tortilla: This recipe is for one quesadilla, using a large flour tortilla. But, feel free to double or triple it for a crowd!
- Nutella: Nutella is a smooth, creamy chocolate-hazelnut spread loved by people everywhere. It’s perfect on toast, mixed into your favorite baked treats, or simply enjoyed straight off the spoon because sometimes, I just need a little treat! If you love Nutella, you will want to check out my Two-Ingredient Nutella Mousse and Nutella Bombs, too!
- Marshmallow Fluff: Marshmallow Fluff, also known as Marshmallow Creme, is a sweet, spreadable paste that tastes like marshmallows but is actually made without any real marshmallows. It’s a popular ingredient for easy desserts and sweet treats (like my Fluffernutter cookies), adding a fluffy, creamy texture and classic marshmallow flavor.
- Graham Cracker: A half sheet of graham cracker adds the perfect touch of crunch and that classic s’mores flavor. Just crush it up and sprinkle it inside the quesadilla for a little texture and that unmistakable honey-cinnamon graham taste in every bite.
- Butter: A little bit of butter (I prefer unsalted, but salted butter would work, too) in the skillet makes all the difference! It helps crisp up the tortilla to a perfect golden brown while adding a light, buttery flavor that pairs perfectly with the sweet, gooey filling.

Can I Make This S’mores Quesadilla Without Nutella?
Yes! If you’re not a fan of Nutella or don’t have any on hand, you can easily use something else. Try using peanut butter, cookie butter, or even a simple layer of melted chocolate chips. The goal is to get that rich, chocolatey layer that makes s’mores so irresistible.
Can I Use Real Marshmallows Instead Of Marshmallow Fluff?
You can use regular marshmallows in this S’mores Quesadilla, but they tend to get lost in the mix. We tested using regular marshmallows a few times, and they didn’t hold up as well to the heat as marshmallow fluff. Still, they will work if that’s what you have on hand!
What Can I Use Instead Of Graham Crackers For A S’mores Quesadilla?
If you don’t have Graham crackers on hand, no worries! Crushed vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, or even a sprinkle of granola can give you that sweet crunch. You could also skip the crumbs entirely for a softer, melty quesadilla that will still be delicious!

Can I Make This S’mores Quesadilla in an Air Fryer?
We tested it in the air fryer, but the tortilla burned before the filling melted properly. So, I would say you cannot make the s’more quesadilla in an air fryer. For the best, melty, golden results, it’s definitely better to cook the quesadilla in a skillet on the stovetop.
How to Store S’mores Quesadilla
Since this quesadilla is best enjoyed warm and melty, it’s best to eat it right away. But, if you have leftovers, you can wrap them tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap and store them in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. To reheat, warm gently in a skillet over low heat to bring back the melty goodness without burning the tortilla.
