Air Fryer Brownies {For Two}

It all starts with my homemade brownie mix for this air fryer brownie recipe. I halved the ingredients to fill a 6-inch round cake pan and cooked it in the air fryer! Yes, an air fryer is more than just for french fries, chicken nuggets, and shrimp (although I have been using mine a lot for those foods as well). So, give this easy dessert a try!

What is the Best Air Fryer?

I have tested 3 brands in my home and I recommend the Ninja Air Fryer. (affiliate link) You can go up a size if needed, but it is superior in achieving consistent results and also ease of use. I’ve been very happy with this Air Fryer!

If you don’t have an air fryer but still want delicious brownies, I recommend this brownie recipe.

  1. You have one of the best cooking and baking websites Iโ€™ve been to online. The recipes are delicious and efficient. The photos and presentation are very well done. I have made several of the recipes with a couple of repeats. Keep up the great work.

  2. I have sent a request to YOU about the “White Snack Cake” but I can’t get a reply from you.

  3. loving this site! For this air fryer cake recipe, do you happen to know if a toaster oven (Breville) with an air fryer setting will work for this? I know you are a baker, not an appliance expert so no worries if you don’t know – just figured i’d ask ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks again for your great recipes and always excellent directions!
