Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ยฝ medium avocado
  • ยผ cup kale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ยฝ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 -3 cups water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender or juicer and mix for 30 seconds-1 minute. (I have a blender so I needed to mix a bit longer.)
  • Serve immediately.

  3. Sometimes the best recipes are the accidentally created ones! I have two friends on the paleo diet, so I may succumb to peer pressure … but the good kind, especially with smoothies like these. I always feel tired at around 10 or 11, and I think it’s because I always have toast or a bagel for breakfast.
